Frequent security checks, checking that all access points to your property are secure.
Regular ventilation of your property when it is not in use.
Pest infestation monitoring and correction.
A mailbox service whereby we will forward post onto you at your specific request.
Regular checks to ensure that amenities are working such as the electricity and water supply; gas bottle levels checks (gas bottle replacement) and light bulb checks prior to guests arriving.
Window cleaning.
Care of house plants.
Maintenance of white goods such as washing machines, fridges, dishwashers.
Swimming pool cleaning and cleaning of pool side areas.
Garden maintenance.
Re-painting, minor masonry or carpentry repairs.
Or we can manage more extensive building works on your behalf.
Rental Management
Lusocare Portugal will prepare your property for guests ensuring that both your home and outside areas are to the highest standard of presentation. Bed linen and towels will be freshly laundered prior to each rental period. We can provide welcome packs and supply fresh provisions for when your guests arrive such as fresh milk, tea, coffee, bread and toilet rolls!.
We will meet holiday guests with keys. With your prior consent guests will be contacted to agree arrival and departure times
There is also the option of pickups from airports or train stations.
Inventory checks will be completed after each rental and any item which is damaged or broken will be replaced ready for the next guests. We can provide feedback where a particular visiting party may have been careless with your property so that you are aware if these persons try to book with you again; or where you may need to retain a fee in case of breakages.
In addition we will contact you regarding the status of your property and give you feedback from guests. This guest feedback is useful for highlighting problems at the property and further ways of improving it specifically for holiday rental use.
